What You Should Know When Hiring an Inspection from Good Ole Dave:

• All inspections are done in accordance to the Standards of Practice of the N.C. Inspection Licensure Board.

• Buyers are welcome at inspections, and encouraged to ask questions.

• Residential Inspections Fees start at $200.00. Quotes will be given for all inspections.

• Available 7 days a week. Same day inspections are possible.

• It is my policy to provide the reports the same day as the inspection.

• Performed 155 home inspections in 2014.

• Performed 290 home inspections in 2015.

• Aerial pictures are available.
