All inspections are done in accordance to the Standards of Practice of the North Carolina Inspection Licensure Board. Inspections are done visually and are not technically exhaustive.

PLEASE NOTE: Fees noted reflect if they are paid at time of service. However Good Ole Dave understands that sometimes this can not happen and will gladly accept payment at time of closing for an additional $50.

Residential Inspection Fees as of 1-01-2016.

•   Up to 1500 sq. ft.                                                 $   200.00

•   1500 to 2000 sq. ft.                                             $    225.00

•   2001 to 2500 sq. ft.                                             $    250.00

•   2501 to 3000 sq. ft.                                             $    275.00

•   Over 3001 sq. ft.                                             to be quoted.

•   Homes over 20 yrs. old,      1995.                add    $   20.00

•   Homes over 40 yrs. old,     1975.                 add    $   40.00

•   Homes over 60 yrs. old,     1955,               *CALL FOR QUOTE  

•   Crawlspaces or pilings                               add      $   20.00

•   Trip Charge, if house cannot be inspected.

    Example: No Water or Electric.                  add      $   40.00

•   Mileage Charge: Over 30 miles.                add       $   20.00
